TimeBlur — average the input over the shutter.

TimeBlur — average the input over the shutter. Oink evaluates whole frames only: each sample time is rounded to its frame, so a shutter inside one frame gives that frame (sub-frame motion is not blurred).

TimeOffset

TimeOffset: moves a clip in time by time offset frames (positive = later; Mode sets whole or fractional frames); reverse input plays the input's frame range backwards.
